Chris Ketcham, CIC, CRM, CISR, CPCU, CFP ®

Chris Ketcham is executive vice president of The National Alliance Research Academy. He has been a producer, a sales manager, and an agency manager. Chris has worked for large national insurers to help build development programs for both producers and underwriters, and designed and edited a number of technical publications for the insurance industry. He began his association with The National Alliance as an Academy board member and as a CIC/Ruble faculty member. Chris is involved with researching the needs of National Alliance customers, both in the development of surveys and monographs related to industry business practices and in the creation of new educational programs.
