Amy Schott, PHR

Amy Schott, human resources director, is responsible for all aspects of personnel, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, management training, and policies and procedures.  Amy is the liaison for the 110+ employees at The National Alliance. She also represents the company as an on-site coordinator for several programs throughout the year. Prior to joining The National Alliance in 2001, Amy worked in the banking industry.  She received her Professional in Human Resources designation in 2003.
