What is a conferment?

The conferment ceremony is a reward for a job well done - a public acknowledgement of individual accomplishment. The CISR conferment is a special occasion to recognize a professional milestone. During the conferment, new designees are presented with their gold CISR lapel pins, signifying achievement of this outstanding designation, by the president, board members, or other distinguished representatives of The National Alliance.

How soon should I register before a CISR course?
As soon as possible! Class size and hotel space are often limited. We will send you a confirmation prior to every class, ensuring your space and welcoming you.

How do I register?
Simply click on Registration/Schedule. Keep in mind that your registration fee covers tuition, a class notebook, and refreshments. It does not, however, include overnight accommodations.
