CRM Update Options

After you receive the CRM designation, annual continuing education freshens your knowledge and sharpens your expertise. We are committed to ensuring that as a CRM, you have the tools you need to face the daily battles of real-world risk management.

For that reason, keeping the CRM designation requires that you attend any one of the five CRM courses every year or meet your yearly CRM update requirement by taking one of these career-enhancing courses:

• Any one of the five standard CRM courses
• Any one of the five CIC institutes**
• A James K. Ruble Seminar*
• A Dynamics of Selling** program
• A Dynamics of Sales Management** program
• A Dynamics of Personal Insurance ** program

No exams are required.

*Must be dues-paid member of CIC or CRM to attend a Ruble Seminar. Annual dues are $85.
