Continuing Education and Update Requirements
The National Alliance requires each individual holding the CSRM designation to attend the following:
- CSRM course
- CISR course
- Workers' Compensation Certificate course
- Employee Benefits Certificate course
- William T. Hold Seminar* or
- Dynamics of Service course* in its entirety every 12 months
Alternatively, a CSRM may attend a CRM course or CIC institute in its entirety and receive continuing education credit for the current year and the year following.
The continuing education policy does not require annual re-examination.
The update or 12-month period is determined by the CSRM's birth month.
*Must be a dues-paying CSRM to receive credit at this course. |
