Reinstatement Policies
If a CSRM has not met the update requirement within the 12-month period determined by the CSRM's birth month, he/she should IMMEDIATELY COMMUNICATE with the Programs Services Department at The National Alliance. The reinstatement policy is as follows: An individual must attend two different CSRM courses and pass the corresponding examinations within the 12-month period following the missed update period. An individual may not attend a CRM course or CIC institute to reinstate. To take advantage of the reinstatement opportunity, the individual must submit the annual dues payment, along with the "Intent to Reinstate" form to The National Alliance offices in Austin, Texas. |
