Producer School Scholarships
Many agencies have been successful in obtaining support from their leading carriers to offset Producer School tuition and expenses . They have approached their top carriers with details of their plans to hire, train, and develop new producers. Typically, these agencies make agreements with the supporting companies to increase production with the carriers and give them first look at the production the new producer generates.
Matt Wells Scholarship for Producer Development
In partnership with Insurance Journal Magazine, the Producer School will award one scholarship for full tuition to each School.
The tuition scholarship, a $4,300 value, covers materials, and instruction, pre/post course work and follow-up webcasts, continental breakfast each day and two Wednesday night dinners.
Travel and accommodations expenses are not included in the tuition scholarship and may be substantial. Any additional costs beyond the tuition will be the sole responsibility of the scholarship award recipient.
Scholarship applicants should currently be in a sales or sales-oriented position at an insurance agency, insurance company, or insurance-related business.
The President of Wells Publishing will make the scholarship selection with the assistance and approval of The National Alliance.
To apply for the scholarship, please complete the online application form or submit an application via email to Rod Rezac, rrezac@scic.com.
Applications must be received no later than eight weeks prior to the desired Producer School. The scholarship winner will be selected and notified four weeks prior to the School, and an announcement will be made in Insurance Journal Magazine and Insurance Journal Online. |
