Sales Management Program
To receive the greatest success and return on your investment in the new producer you are sponsoring, we encourage that the person who will have management responsibility attend the special Sales Management Program sessions of the Producer School.
The Sales Management Program is an ideal way for sales managers or agency owners to familiarize themselves with the Dynamics sales methodology their new producer is learning. During the Sales Management Program, you will design a comprehensive development program, set goals, and help identify a niche for your new producer.
There is no charge for you to attend and accompany your new producer-in-training. (You are responsible for your transportation, accommodations, and other expenses.)
