Dynamics of Company/Agency Relationships

The new in-house program, Dynamics of Company/ Agency Relationships, takes a proactive, insurance-specific approach to agency relationship building and customer satisfaction.

Because all programs will be held at the insurance company's office or off-site, each course can be specifically tailored to meet the unique characteristics of each participating insurer. Every insurance company is structured differently—and competes in various markets with a wide range of products. This program can be customized to fit the specific roles and responsibilities of the participants, and the services and products they endorse.

Course Content

The curricula is enhanced by role-playing and the facilitation of instructors who are actively, successfully, involved in the industry.

Dynamics of Company/Agency Relationships was created to help insurance company employees begin new relationships and enhance existing ones with agency personnel and policyholders. The program will also help company personnel with their relationships within the company ranks, and allow them to work better with employees who are above and below them in the company hierarchy.
