What It Means to Be a CISR

The Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation represents a comprehensive understanding of risks and exposures by the professional who has earned it. CISR is a designation recognized in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.


Today, more than 24,000 insurance professionals have distinguished themselves as CISRs, by successfully completing five courses and examinations. CISRs have to commit to annual continuing education – to update their designation and their knowledge, in order to serve their clients, agencies, and companies at the highest level.
