What It Means to Be a CRM

Certified Risk Manager (CRM) is a nationally recognized designation – a visible symbol of technical knowledge, educational commitment, and ongoing professionalism.

To become a CRM, five advanced courses covering all aspects of risk management must be completed, and five rigorous examinations must be passed. To uphold the designation, an annual continuing education obligation must be met, distinguishing this designation program from other risk management training. CRM is a career-long commitment which makes the risk management practitioner better able to serve his clients, customers, and company.
