What Should I Expect of My Online Classroom Course?

CRM Class Logistics and Weekly Assignments:
CRM Online courses run for 5 weeks with a three day exam period. In order to successfully complete this online classroom course, participants should expect to spend 4 hours per week attending two live 2-hour webinars on consecutive days or evenings. Access to the online classroom is available within 10 days of the start of the program. 

CIC Class Logistics and Weekly Assignments:
CIC Online courses run for 5 weeks with a three day exam period.  In order to successfully complete this online classroom course, participants should expect to spend 4 hours per week attending two live 2-hour webinars, typically scheduled between 10am - 12 pm and 2-4 pm CST. Access to the online classroom is available within 10 days of the start of the program.

Access to National Alliance Faculty:
Insurance and risk management professionals are able to communicate during each webinar with the best practitioners the industry has to offer! Educational consultants and faculty members are experienced practitioners who are able to share current and timely information. Discussion boards in the course allow participants to share their own insights with each other.

Scheduling the Exam:
Participants who are planning to take the final exam are expected to schedule at an approved testing center or use virtual proctoring from Proctor U. Participants are expected to communicate their intention to take the final exam to course coordinators, who will assist them with scheduling and exam requirements. The National Alliance does not charge a fee for taking the final examination. Proctoring fees are paid by the student to the testing center of their choice.
