Bio Detail

Kate Norris is VP, Family Office Practice Leader for North America, Personal Risk Services with CHUBB. With experience in the industry since 1998, years of industry experience, Kate focuses on ultra-high net worth personal insurance- specifically, family office clients. She has an established track record working with family offices and is responsible for collaborating with agents and brokers to develop strategic opportunities that meet the unique needs of their family office clients. Based in the CHUBB Private Risk Services office in Chicago, Kate brings in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and family office environment. Using her experience working with families, Kate advises agents and brokers, family offices and centers of influence about the special risks faced by ultra-high net worth families and how CHUBB Private Risk Services can better serve their needs. Kate specializes in Family Office, Personal Risk Management, Personal Liability Risk, Private Jets, Yachts, Collector Autos, International Homes, Wine, Jewelry, Collections, and Professional Liability. Kate most recently worked as a private client advisor at Hub International Insurance Brokers. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at the Insurance Design Center, LLC, Family Office Exchange, LLC (FOX), and Bernstein Investment Research and Management. Kate is a licensed Property and Casualty broker in Illinois and holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Science from the University of Kansas. She also serves on the leadership board of the CIPC, earned the CPRM designation in July of 2016, and earned the CAPI designation in December of 2017.

Susan is Capital Regional Underwriting Manager, Equine Specialist with Private Client Group at AIG Consumer Lines. Susan has 30 years of experience in high net worth underwriting. She worked at Fireman's Fund Insurance from 1985-2002 where she was a Regional Underwriting Manager. She joined AIG Private Client Group in 2002 and is an Assistant Vice President/Regional Underwriting Manager handling the states of Maryland, Virginia and DC. She also serves as Equine Specialist for all of AIG Private Client Group. Susan holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Moravian College.

David Hubbard

Bio Detail

David Hubbard is Vice President of Marketing for AIG Private Client Group in Los Angeles. Private Client Group provides innovative insurance products and risk management services exclusively for high net worth individuals and family offices. His responsibilities include oversight of the Los Angeles Region, which involves daily interface with insurance brokers, underwriters, and trusted advisors to high net worth individuals and families. Mr. Hubbard also manages the Family Office practice at AIG Private Client Group, overseeing the national development, distribution and implementation of unique insurance products, and personal risk management services for members of family offices, as well as their executive staff. Mr. Hubbard is a certified Continuing Education Trainer in California, where he presents on the subjects of risk management and personal insurance to property and casualty Insurance Brokers, Financial Planners, Certified Public Accountants, and other professional groups. Prior to joining Private Client Group in 2002, Mr. Hubbard was manager at Marsh Private Client Services in Los Angeles. During the 16-year period with Marsh & McLennan Companies, he provided sales management, consultation and insurance services to high net worth clients, family offices, and business management clients. Mr. Hubbard earned a Bachelor of Marketing degree from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN, and has resided with his family in the Los Angeles area for his entire insurance career. His hobbies and interests include home improvement, hiking and running.
