Jodi Traas

Bio Detail

Jodi has been a Senior Risk Management Consultant and Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with Community Insurance Corporation for the past twenty years. Her responsibilities include identification of loss trends and solutions to eliminate exposures to ensure staff, students and the public safety. Jodi served as a Past President for the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association (WSSCA) and is a current Advisor. She is an Assessor for WSSCA conducing School Safety & Security Audits. She is an active member of the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials and is Co-Chair of its Risk Management & Safety Committee. She is an OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer to Conduct 10 & 30 Hour Courses. Jodi recently became a Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Trainer. She has presented at various Wisconsin school professional conferences, including WEAC, WASDA, WASBO and State Education Convention, as well as national conferences such as ASBO international and PRIMA. Jodi is an instructor for the WASBO National Alliance Certified School Risk Manager program as well as an ALiCE training instructor. Jodi has obtained the WASBO Facilities Manager Certification, WSSCA School Safety & Security Certification, Youth Mental Health First Aid Training USA and CSRM Workers' Compensation Specialist Certificate. She is a Certified School Risk Manager and Certified Playground Safety Inspector. She has a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Martin Malloy

Bio Detail

Marty Malloy is the Director of the Education and Government Group at M3 insurance. In this capacity, he develops insurance and risk management strategies for Wisconsin public entities including, schools, counties, municipalities and other special districts. Marty earned a Bachelor's of Art degree from University of Illinois-Urbana in 1983 and a Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. Joining the M3 Team in April, 2014, Marty came with 25 years of insurance and risk management experience in working with Wisconsin public entities and health care facilities. Marty is a licensed agent for property and casualty and holds the following designations: Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management (MS), Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) Marty stays active in industry through his involvement in the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) Risk Management Committee as well as both the University of Wisconsin Business Risk Management Alumni and University of Wisconsin Alumni Associations.
