This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

Gordon Skeeters

Bio Detail

Gordon Skeeters is a producing agent and partner with The Phoenix Company, an independent insurance agency located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He has been in the insurance industry for 35 years selling and servicing all types of insurance but concentrating in commercial lines. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Gordon received his CIC designation in 1991. In addition to actively dealing with clients, for the past 15 years, he has served as an instructor of insurance at several community colleges in North Carolina. Committed to enhancing the value of Continuing Education for agents and adjustors, Gordon is an instructor for several Continuing Education programs throughout the state. As a speaker, Gordon has addressed numerous real estate, nonprofit and educational trade groups on various insurance topics, both general in nature and industry specific, as well as pertinent risk management issues and techniques. He also serves on the Technical Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents Association of North Carolina. Years of in-the-field experience has made Gordon a firm believer that a professional insurance agent must be viewed by their clients as a true advisor. In the role of advisor, the agent needs to constantly learn and stay abreast of new topics and trends in order to be of meaningful benefit to clients.
