Suzanne Baillargeon

Bio Detail

Suzanne Baillargeon has over 30 years' experience in the Property Casualty Insurance field, including management positions in workers' compensation and medical claims, claims technical training and development and organizational development & training. Sue's area of specialty is management development and insurance technical training. She has partnered with the claims, underwriting and sales functions to build core curriculums and programming to enhance the skills and capability of these areas. Sue developed a number of coverage programs during her years in claims technical training including commercial auto, personal auto, and business owner's coverage. Joining The Main Street America Group's Human Resource function in January 2001, Sue has had responsibility for management, team and employee development, systems and performance management processes, customer onboarding and insurance programming as Manager of organizational development and training. Sue is currently working closely with the claims function at The Main Street America Group to develop a core curriculum as well as performance support for new claim professionals. Sue received her Master of Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University in 2007 and is a member of Sigma Beta Delta, an international honor society in business, management, and administration. Sue earned her CIC designation in 2015 and her CISR designation in 2012 and is a current member of the CISR Board of Governors. Sue also holds the AIC (Associate in Claims) designation.
