This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

Chris Eells

Bio Detail

Chris Eells retired from the Utica National Insurance Group after 36 years of service. He began his career in 1978 with The General Adjustment Bureau as an all lines Claims Adjuster. His responsibilities while with GAB included participation on catastrophe teams that traveled throughout the United States handling claims resulting from natural disasters. In 1981 Chris joined the Utica National Insurance Group where he held the positions of Marketing Representative, Marketing Manager, and Sr. Resident Vice President working in the Southeastern Regional Office located in Atlanta, Georgia. This was a full service regional office in which Chris was ultimately responsible for the marketing, underwriting, claims handling, and processing of all business written in seven southeastern states. He has earned the CIC, CPCU, ARM, AIC and SCLA professional designations and has been teaching CISR classes since 2005.
