This event is being conducted by the Ohio Insurance Agents Association, Inc.

This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

Bio Detail

Mercy Komar is Senior Account Executive at L. Calvin Jones Insurance in Canfield, Ohio. Having worked all functions at an agency (except accounting) from reception to sales to ownership, Mercy provides unique perspectives on her work in the field of education. Mercy has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since l997 and has amassed over 600 hours of advanced insurance education. A risk manager specialist for garage and cyber risks, she has spoken for Lunch and Learns, along with presentations to business associations, client groups and in-house continuing education for her employer. A past Athena nominee and Insurance Woman of the Year, she is a member of the Mahoning Valley Real Estate Investors Association, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Youngstown Symphony Society and a past president of the Trumbull County Independent Agents.
