This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

John Miller

Bio Detail

John Miller is the president of the Adcock Agency, in Cary, North Carolina. He has been in the insurance industry since 1979. He has been an instructor of insurance topics since 1986, teaching Personal lines and Commercial lines topics as well as Errors & Omissions. He has served for a number of years on the Education and Technical Committees for the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina Association. John received the Ernest F. Young Education Award from The Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina in 1995 for his commitment to education in North Carolina. John has been an instructor for CISR since 1995. John has a degree in Speech Communications. He received his CPCU designation in 1988 and his CIC designation in 2006. John does consulting work for clients and insurance companies on insurance issues. He has testified on insurance topics before the North Carolina Legislature and has been used as an expert witness in insurance cases relating to coverage. John has written specific course topics for corporate and individual clients on a variety of subjects. He has taught for clients from Virginia to Florida. He deeply feels that education is the cornerstone of professionalism and success in the insurance industry and is proud to contribute to education process.
