This course strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. You will improve your understanding of legal liability and what creates liability exposures. The focus of this course is the Commercial General Liability Coverage Form. This course also addresses additional insured exposures and the coverage available to meet these needs.

Charles Hembree

Bio Detail

Chuck Hembree is President of Clark-Lami-Hembree Insurance in St. Louis, Missouri. He divides his time between sales, agency management, and insurance technical instruction. After joining the firm in 1982, he was promoted to Vice-President in 1986. He became President in 1995 and CEO of the firm in 2000. A 1987 recipient of the Certified Insurance Counselor designation and a Life-Member of the Certified Professional Insurance Agents, he has maintained a commitment to insurance education. He has served as President of the MAIA State Insurance Association, the chairman of Education for the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents, formerly served on the National Catastrophe Task Force Committee, and as an advisor for the State for their licensing requirement for agents and brokers. Chuck obtained the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2012. He is a national faculty member for the Certified Insurance Service Representative program. Chuck is a past member of the CISR National Board of Governors in Austin, Texas.
