Jason Arriaga

Bio Detail

Jason Arriaga began his insurance career in 2004 as a health insurance agent in Seattle, Washington. In the years since, he has worked directly with clients helping them make educated decisions in life, health, property and casualty insurance. Today, he and his wife and business partner are co-owners of Arriaga Advisors in Scottsdale, Arizona, a boutique agency launched in 2013. In 2017, he completed both the CIC and CPRM designations in the same six-month period. Jason has recently launched Aria Private Insurance, an agency that focuses exclusively on the needs of financially successful individuals and families. In 2011, Jason helped to establish the first Arizona nonprofit dedicated to developing the talent of young professionals. As an Arizona native, he's also been active in community causes such as at risk youth, single parents battling cancer, homelessness to self-sustainability, and partnering with the Salvation Army in multiple hunger campaigns. He is a Certified Networker through the Referral Institute and received the Giver's Gain Award from BNI Arizona in 2016. Throughout his career Jason has enjoyed emceeing events, facilitating training workshops, and participating on panels. He was thrilled to become a faculty member for the National Alliance in January of 2018.

Kim Dandrea

Bio Detail

Kim Dandrea is a Private Client Group Manager for M3 Insurance. Specializing in property and casualty insurance, in the areas of property, liability, auto, and umbrella, her primary role is to place insurance products and counsel existing clients. Using risk management strategies and insurance planning, Kim designs solutions for clients and advises them to ensure that their coverage continues to meet their needs. In addition to growing and managing her personal book of business, Kim also manages the account management sta? of Private Client Group, overseeing consistency and compliance in work?ow and procedures. She also partners with the Executive Vice President of Sales to continue to grow and develop the Private Client Group product line. Kim earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in 1986, and has since worked to build her expertise in personal lines service, sales and leadership. Kim joined M3 in March of 2015, as an Account Executive, bringing with her more than 20 years of personal risk management experience, and over ten years of managerial experience. She remained in that role until the promotion to her current role in June 2017. Prior to M3, Kim was the Personal Lines Managers at David Insurance Agency in Racine, WI. Kim holds a resident property and casualty, as well as, health and life licenses in the State of Wisconsin, and holds non-resident property and casualty licenses in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Texas. She has also received her Certi?ed Personal Risk Manager (CPRM), and Certi?ed Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations. Kim serves on the United Way Committee as a co-leader in the Milwaukee o?ce of M3. Kim was the 2014 IIAW Committee Chairwoman of the year and is the Chairperson for the Agency Operations Committee. She is on the Board of Management for the Southwest YMCA and the Marketing Committee for the Greater Waukesha YMCA Association.

Robert Ray

Bio Detail

Bob Ray, a second generation insurance professional, has been employed in the insurance industry since 1973. A graduate of Jacksonville University, he has also completed insurance-related courses at Crawford & Company, Lumberman's Underwriting Alliance, and the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health. Bob's career has spanned all aspects of the insurance industry. He began his career as a claims adjuster and property appraiser for Crawford & Company. In 1974, Universal Underwriters hired Bob to develop the Accident Prevention & OSHA Inspection Program for the Florida Automobile Dealers Association Self-Insurance Fund. While there, he served as Divisional Underwriting Manager for the Western Division and Divisional Executive Assistant for the Western & Southern Divisions. During this time, he co-authored "Unicover IV & V," a package policy developed exclusively for franchised automobile dealers. In 1987, Bob assisted in the creation of a new professional liability insurance carrier, RUMGER Insurance Company, later purchased by Great American Insurance Company. He authored their easy-to-read professional liability insurance policies - Pro-Law & Pro-Med for lawyers and physicians respectively. In June 1993, Bob joined National Risk Management & Associates. In addition to providing insurance products and services, Bob frequently testifies as an insurance expert in many states as well as federal courts. His clients have included the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney's Epcot Center, Commercial Carrier Corp, Nichols Campbell & Morrow (NCM), and several insurance carriers and law firms. He has developed and drafted policy language and state filings for specialized markets including New & Used Car Dealers Package, eBusinessowners & eProfessional Liability, and Insurance Agents, Lawyers and Physicians Professional Liability policies.
