Kimberly Foltz

Bio Detail

Kimberly Foltz started her career as an agent in 1989 and with over 20 years in the insurance industry worked for national companies such as Progressive and Travelers in a marketing role and as a personal lines underwriting manager for a mutual company. One of her career highlights is being awarded the 2008, Insurance Company Representative of the year for Virginia/DC PIA as well as the National PIA Insurance Company Representative of the year. Kimberly enjoys working with agents and participating in various committees for the PIA. She is currently working to complete a Master of Arts Law degree in May of 2020.

Stanley Tucker

Bio Detail

Cole Tucker is the President of Tucker-Franklin Insurance Group, Inc. in Mechanicsville, Virginia. He was an agent with Virginia Farm Bureau before opening Tucker-Franklin in 1998. He received his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation in 1997, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002 and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2009. He has a degree in English Literature from George Mason University and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond. He has moderated courses for the Life Underwriting Training Council and for the Richmond Association of Life Underwriters. Cole is an instructor for the National Alliance and teaches Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) classes in personal lines, life and health insurance and risk management. He is also a Life and Health CIC instructor. He is involved with the Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Virginia and DC in many capacities, currently as the chair of the Education Committee and a Board Member for PIA Insurance Services. He is a past president of the PIA of Virginia and DC. Cole was recognized in June of 2013 as the PIA Virginia Agent of the Year and in March of 2014 as the National PIA Agent of the Year. He was featured in the June 2014 issue of National Underwriter magazine.
