This event is being conducted by the Alabama IIA, Inc.

This course addresses the exposures created by watercraft, recreational vehicles, and business activities often encountered when working with personal lines clients. Prompting your client to identify these exposures is crucial, because the ISO Homeowners and ISO Personal Auto Programs provide only very limited coverage. You will be better able to design the appropriate coverage for these exposures. The course will also provide an analysis of the important coverage offered through personal umbrella or excess liability policies.

Frank Millsaps

Bio Detail

Frank Millsaps is president of Millsaps & Associates, Inc., an insurance agency in Mobile and Saraland, Alabama. After working with Prudential Insurance for 10 years, Frank started his agency from scratch in 1993 and became a CIC in just 13 months. He has added the CISR and the National Home Builders Association designation of CGA, Certified Graduate Associate. Frank was educated at Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and the University of Florida in Gainesville, after serving in the US Army. As a member of the local, state, and national Independent Insurance Agents Associations, Frank has served on various boards and committees and in 2002 was chosen by his peers as "Insurer of the Year" by the Alabama Association. He served on the AMS/Vertafore Users' Group National Board as well as serving and chairing several committees. A leader in automation in the small agency environment, Frank actively teaches CISR for the society and is active with several company Real-Time initiatives. He serves on many community boards and committees and is Board Member Emeritus for the Home Builders of Metro Mobile and has obtained several awards and commendations for his service to the industries he serves as well as his community.
