Agency Operations

Sharon Bieser has spent over 30 years in the insurance industry, and currently enjoys working with other insurance professionals dedicating her time to helping them move from ordinary to extraordinary in their every day jobs. Throughout her career, she has spent time in each employment position within the independent agency environment and has a solid understanding of what it takes to be successful in each chair. Sharon is presently the Operations Manager for Community Insurance Center, and manages all three of the agency's Michigan and Tennessee locations. Sharon earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and her Master of Business Administration focusing in Management Information Systems and Human Resources. She has continued her insurance education earning the Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Insurance Service Representative, and Certified Professional Service Representative designations from the National Alliance. She also maintains her property & casualty and life & health agent licenses. During her career Sharon has held office on the Michigan NetVU Board of Directors, and currently serves on the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) Professional Development Council and CIC/CISR Task Force. She continues to work with carriers as an advocate for the advancement of download, real time, and automated workflows.
