Bio Detail

Alex is the Loss Control Team Leader at Lamb Insurance Services where he is responsible for developing and implementing risk management/loss control initiatives for non-profit organizations across the country. Alex is also certified as a Workplace Safety & Loss Prevention Specialist (Code Rule 59 & 60) by the New York State Department of Labor. Prior to joining Lamb Insurance Services, he was a Risk Management Consultant for international, multi-billion-dollar organizations, an Assistant Vice President for a national brokerage firm's Professional Liability division and a Commercial Lines Manager for a regional brokerage firm. Alex has earned a Master of Science degree in Risk Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He also holds a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and a Certified School Risk Manager designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research as well as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group.

Jeffrey Williams

Bio Detail

Jeff started his career as a producer, and then went on to help create UNC Charlotte's internal Risk Management Program, before joining Debbie's Staffing as their Vice President of Risk Management & Safety. He spent seven years with Debbie's Staffing before joining Staffworks Group in the same position. Staffworks Group is a privately held multistate staffing company which focuses on light industrial and professional staffing services. Jeff is also owner and President of Paladin Risk Services. Paladin helps organizations create, evaluate, and measure their internal risk management programs. Jeff works with internal staff to focus on hazard recognition and incident handling. He also assists clients with setting up safety programs & initiatives. He is an authorized trainer of the OSHA 10- & 30-hour training. Jeff earned his CIC designation in 2008 and his CRM in 2011. Throughout his career Jeff has worked with many different risks in many different industries. He is proud to be distributing information with practical value to working professionals.

Kyle Drawdy

Bio Detail

Kyle was the Director of Risk Management Education and was responsible for all risk management curriculum for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research prior to working in his current position as the Director of Risk Management with the North East Florida Education Consortium (NEFEC). He has experience working in education consortiums and was an Enterprise Risk Manager for the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium (FCSRMC) based in Gainesville, FL. FCSRMC provides risk management and insurance services to the 28 State Colleges in the Florida System. Kyle began his insurance career with Brown and Brown Insurance in 2005 after 4 years serving in the Army as a member of the 1/75th Ranger Regiment. Kyle was promoted to Profit Center Manager of the Panama City Office and served as the Sales Manager of the Ocala Office during his 8 years with the organization. In 2006 Kyle earned his CIC designation and in 2016 the ARM designation. Kyle also obtained his bachelor's degree from Santa Fe College in Organization Management and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
