This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

Marla Williams

Bio Detail

Marla Williams works as the Education Director for the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Arkansas. Marla is a licensed P & C agent and has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, working both on the agency side, as well as the company side. She received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2002. Marla has worked many years as an Account Manager receiving the Charlotte Patterson award in 2012 from the IIAAR for her high standards of professional performance to the American agency system. She also received the Outstanding Customer Service Representative for the state of Arkansas in 2014, awarded by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Marla is married to Chris Williams, they have four children, a dog named Cooper and a very finicky cat named Lester. She lives in her hometown of Carlisle, Arkansas, where she serves on the board of directors of the Carlisle High School Alumni Association.
