This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas.

Teresa Pacelli

Bio Detail

Teresa Pacelli works primarily as a client advocate, acting as liaison with the insurance company, concerning claims, loss control, and coverage issues. She has over 20 years of experience as a Claims Consultant for both Property and Casualty, but has also worked in many other industries including hospitality, manufacturing, retail, transportation, casinos, and assisted living. In addition to motivational and continuing education seminars, Teresa also provides onsite training and education regarding Workers' Compensation programs, return to work needs, and the coordination of Family Medical Leave Act, Americans and Disabilities Act, and Workers' Compensation. Most recently Teresa was the National Client Service Consultant for Venture Programs where she coordinated services provided by the insurance carriers to their national clients. Prior to that, Teresa worked for Aetna Life and Casualty, AIG, and Royal & SunAlliance. Upon receiving her B.S. Degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, Teresa was immediately snatched up by the insurance industry, quickly earned her Associates Degree in Claims, and became a Certified Insurance Counselor. She is a licensed insurance broker and a Certified Continuing Education Provider with the State of Oregon. She is also an instructor for the National Alliance for Workers' Compensation, and participates in trainings throughout the nation. In her leisure time, Teresa enjoys traveling, photography, riding her horses, and is an avid volunteer for Jimmy & Rosalyn Carter Habitat for Humanity Work Project, and the American Lung, Diabetes and Cancer Associations.
