Rebeca Glanton

Bio Detail

Rebeca Glanton has managed the risks faced by successful individuals and their families for over 15 years. Her professional background includes both insurance carrier and insurance agency experience. She started her career as an Underwriter with Chubb before becoming a licensed agent. As an agent, Rebeca gained progressive experience in sales strategies, risk identification, program development, placements, and client management. Before rejoining Chubb in 2014, Rebeca worked in the New York metro area in Marsh's Family Office Practice and as a Business Development Manager with AIG Private Client Group. Today Rebeca is the Business Development Manager for Chubb's Customer Center nationwide. Rebeca is a proponent of continuing education and earned her CIC designation in 2011, her CRM designation in 2015 and is actively pursuing her CPRM designation as well. She also serves as a faculty member for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. By combining her professional experience with her education, Rebeca provides specialized knowledge to better protect the lifestyles and assets of successful families for future generations.

Stephanie Hall

Bio Detail

Stephanie has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years. Shortly after college, she joined a national broker and began working with high net worth clients. During this time, she completed Accredited Advisor of Insurance and her Certified Insurance Counselor designations. In 2015, she joined the AON team and is currently an Associate Regional Director for the Jacksonville office. She is also a member of the Northeast Florida Estate Planning Council and the Women in Insurance and Financial Services.

Roger Clark

Rocky Clark is the Owner of the Clark Insurance Agency, providing personal and commercial insurance and risk management services in Texas and Colorado for a varied client base located across the United States. For fifteen years he has been involved in the insurance industry, training staff and consulting for agency owners in addition to operating an independent agency. The opportunity to share his experience and knowledge of the insurance industry with others is a privilege, which he hopes will produce valuable and immediate results for professionals in the "trenches" of business today. Rocky has provided training to hundreds of CSRs on topics ranging from Health products to agency best practices. He has specialized in Life Insurance and p/c policy coverages. Many agency managers and owners, from well renowned companies, have drastically improved productivity due to Rocky's working consultations. His training and strategies have increased some successful agencies' life and health production by 400%. One carrier ranked him personally in the top 1% nationally for sales. He has also presented at Texas State University (TSU) on sales and business plan development topics. Rocky is a family man and recognized community leader participating in many local organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Rotary International, Boy Scouts of America, and Texas PTA. He has or is currently serving in leadership or board positions for these organizations, in addition to giving public speeches and training presentations on a variety of topics including strategic planning, safety, proactive management, whole organization marketing, citizenship, and leadership. Rocky began public speaking in college as the founding CEO of the business organization SIFE where his multimedia presentation team placed fourth internationally and he also educated thousands of people about free enterprise and business acumen. He was a charter member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, frequented the Dean's List graduating Cum Laude, and also earned the Student Leadership award for the entire Texas State University (TSU). There he earned a B.B.A. in Marketing Management and later a M.B.A. specializing in Entrepreneurship.
