Mike Hay is the CEO of Strategic Risk Consulting, LLC. His broad professional background in financial management and risk management, teamed with his experience in using information technology to achieve critical business objectives, allows him to assist his public and private sector clients in planning and addressing their risks at enterprise and strategic levels.
Mike's prior professional experience includes positions as Director of Risk Management Programs for The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research as well as Director of Information Resources and Risk Assessment / Loss Prevention for the Texas State Office of Risk Management. Mike also has extensive public-sector experience with the Texas State Comptroller's Office and as Assistant Superintendent for Business for several school districts. Mike has led in the development of several large-scale information technology and risk management projects including the Texas State Property Accounting System, Texas Budget Execution and Monitoring System and the Texas Risk Evaluation and Planning System. Mike is a past president of the National Property Management Association (NPMA) and is an author of NPMA's "The Standard Property Book - Asset Management for the New Millennium" and is an author of "Essentials of Risk Management" published by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Mike is a national faculty member for The National Alliance's Certified Risk Manager Program and serves on the faculty for the Certified School Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Service Representative programs. In addition to his risk management consulting services, Mike teaches and lectures throughout the nation on topics related to risk and property management and continues to write numerous articles for national and international publications.

Vince Staub is a practicing Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with over 25 years of experience currently working in high tech sector in the San Francisco Bay Area for Multi-National companies.
He is a National Faculty member for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and teaches CRM courses.
Over the years, Vince has created and run various Environmental, Health & Safety programs, Information Security Programs and Risk Management functions which included Executive Risk, Business Continuity, Property Loss Control and Worker's Comp. In his earlier years he worked as a Camp Counselor, Life Guard and EMT. Currently Vince is on the leadership team of his Community Emergency Response Team and serves as a Chaplain for the local Police Department.
Vince holds a Master's of Science in Occupational Health & Safety, is a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional and a Certified Risk Manager since 2007.
Vince's training and experience provide unique perspectives to his present work in the field of education. He is proud to be developing and distributing information with immediate and practical value to insurance and risk management professionals.
