Jason Arriaga

Bio Detail

Jason Arriaga began his insurance career in 2004 as a health insurance agent in Seattle, Washington. In the years since, he has worked directly with clients helping them make educated decisions in life, health, property and casualty insurance. Today, he and his wife and business partner are co-owners of Arriaga Advisors in Scottsdale, Arizona, a boutique agency launched in 2013. In 2017, he completed both the CIC and CPRM designations in the same six-month period. Jason has recently launched Aria Private Insurance, an agency that focuses exclusively on the needs of financially successful individuals and families. In 2011, Jason helped to establish the first Arizona nonprofit dedicated to developing the talent of young professionals. As an Arizona native, he's also been active in community causes such as at risk youth, single parents battling cancer, homelessness to self-sustainability, and partnering with the Salvation Army in multiple hunger campaigns. He is a Certified Networker through the Referral Institute and received the Giver's Gain Award from BNI Arizona in 2016. Throughout his career Jason has enjoyed emceeing events, facilitating training workshops, and participating on panels. He was thrilled to become a faculty member for the National Alliance in January of 2018.

Anna Brusco

Bio Detail

Anna Brusco is Vice President, Product Development, for AIG Private Client Group, a division of the member companies of American International Group, Inc. (AIG). In this role, she oversees the various aspects of new product development build and launch for AIG Private Client Group, a leading property and casualty personal insurance provider catered to high net worth individuals. Most recently, Anna led the build and launch of Family CyberEdge, a first-to-market cyber insurance coverage catered for high net worth individuals. She has been featured as a 2018 Worth¨ Leading Advisor and is a frequent presenter and author on the topic on cyber risks of the high net worth. Anna joined AIG Private Client Group in 2001 and has held various positions throughout her tenure. Most recently, she took a leadership role in architecting and launching AIG Premier Client Solutions, an insurance product suite for affluent homeowners. She led national distribution for the segment. Prior to that, Anna managed several Specialty Casualty product lines within AIG Private Client Group, including Group Personal Excess Insurance, Workers Comp, and Employment Practices Liability Insurance. She also worked with AIG Commercial Insurance as a Regional Marketing Manager for the tristate region. Anna has exemplified her commitment to insurance and higher education by securing both her CIC designation and her CPRM designation in 2016. She is a faculty advisor and speaker for the CPRM program and serves on the Board of Governors for the CIC program with The National Alliance. She is also a Continuing Education trainer, maintains an active P&C broker's license, and presents personal insurance and risk management programs to insurance brokers and other financial advisors across the country. Anna started her insurance career at Chubb Personal Insurance and obtained a BA in Journalism from New York University. She is a member and past Secretary of the National Association of Insurance Women's NYC Chapter.

Robert Ray

Bio Detail

Bob Ray, a second generation insurance professional, has been employed in the insurance industry since 1973. A graduate of Jacksonville University, he has also completed insurance-related courses at Crawford & Company, Lumberman's Underwriting Alliance, and the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health. Bob's career has spanned all aspects of the insurance industry. He began his career as a claims adjuster and property appraiser for Crawford & Company. In 1974, Universal Underwriters hired Bob to develop the Accident Prevention & OSHA Inspection Program for the Florida Automobile Dealers Association Self-Insurance Fund. While there, he served as Divisional Underwriting Manager for the Western Division and Divisional Executive Assistant for the Western & Southern Divisions. During this time, he co-authored "Unicover IV & V," a package policy developed exclusively for franchised automobile dealers. In 1987, Bob assisted in the creation of a new professional liability insurance carrier, RUMGER Insurance Company, later purchased by Great American Insurance Company. He authored their easy-to-read professional liability insurance policies - Pro-Law & Pro-Med for lawyers and physicians respectively. In June 1993, Bob joined National Risk Management & Associates. In addition to providing insurance products and services, Bob frequently testifies as an insurance expert in many states as well as federal courts. His clients have included the Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney's Epcot Center, Commercial Carrier Corp, Nichols Campbell & Morrow (NCM), and several insurance carriers and law firms. He has developed and drafted policy language and state filings for specialized markets including New & Used Car Dealers Package, eBusinessowners & eProfessional Liability, and Insurance Agents, Lawyers and Physicians Professional Liability policies.
