This event is being conducted by the IIA of Arkansas

This course addresses the exposures created by watercraft, recreational vehicles, and business activities often encountered when working with personal lines clients. Prompting your client to identify these exposures is crucial, because the ISO Homeowners and ISO Personal Auto Programs provide only very limited coverage. You will be better able to design the appropriate coverage for these exposures. The course will also provide an analysis of the important coverage offered through personal umbrella or excess liability policies.

Mikie Stone

Bio Detail

Mikie Stone attended the University of Arkansas in Conway for 2 years, and began her insurance career in 1975 with the St. Paul Companies in their Little Rock Service Center, rating & coding Personal Lines policies. In 1999, after holding positions in underwriting, marketing, and claims, MetLife Auto & Home purchased the Personal Lines division of St. Paul. In 2003, Mikie became the Senior Marketing Manager responsible for the states of Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. Mikie continued to share her business card with Snoopy until 2006 when she joined State Auto Insurance Company as a Personal Insurance Sales Representative, her current position. Mikie earned the CPCU designation in 1989 and subsequently earned the designations of CIC, API, and AU. Mikie has one daughter, Jennifer, who is married to Brad. She has yet to become a grandmother, with only a grand"dog" and grand"cat" to her credit, but, have not given up hope. Mikie enjoy's volunteering for the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and Meals on Wheels, but is always trying to squeeze in a trip to St. Louis to see a Cardinals baseball game.
