Tune in as Claire Richardson interviews Brad Robinson, MBA, CPCU; the Associate Director of Insurance & Financial Risk Management at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Brad has been in the industry since he graduated from Ball State University and later joined the NCAA in 2016 where he is currently tasked with management of the NCAA’s various insurance programs including but not limited to; student-athlete insurance programs, managing the NCAA’s intricate insurance portfolio, and day to day insurance operations. We discuss Brad’s experience prior to joining the NCAA, how he continues to step out of his comfort zone, and how he & the NCAA have navigated the COVID-19 environment. About Our Guest: Brad Robinson, MBA, CPCU

Brad Robinson is the Associate Director of Insurance & Financial Risk Management for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and tasked with management of the Association’s various insurance programs. Prior to joining the NCAA in early 2016, he spent six years as an associate corporate risk manager for a large insurance company in Bloomington, Illinois. He has earned various insurance industry designations including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Robinson earned his bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from Ball State University (’10) and his M.B.A. in insurance from Olivet College (‘15).
