The risk management and insurance industry has made great strides in recent years with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with some organizations beginning to realize a significant return on these efforts for both their employees and the company. In this session, we’ll look at the company-wide benefits of Inclusion – respect, fairness, belonging, innovation, creativity, profitability, and others – and where we can start to foster more inclusivity and how to take existing efforts to the next level.

  • Identify key initial steps an organization can take to encourage culture change.
  • Identify and understand what impact an inclusive culture will have on recruiting, talent retention, productivity, and financial results
