Indexed Contracts

Contracts where the policy owner can share in a percentage of the growth of an indexed investment (a mutual fund tied to the Standard & Poor’s index is an example), sometimes known as equity-indexed contracts. The principal or benefit is guaranteed and, in many cases, a minimum interest is guaranteed.
