Nominations are now being accepted in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands for the 2018 National Outstanding CSR of the Year. This award is the highest honor for insurance customer service representatives who have distinguished themselves through contributions to their industry and profession.
Open to everyone regardless of affiliation or professional designation, candidates must:
Be an insurance customer service representative, or have primary responsibility for customer service duties.
Write an essay of no more than two pages double-spaced (approximately 1,000 words) on the following topic: "In today’s business environment, CSRs are finding that more work is required from a smaller staff pool. As a CSR, what four (4) ways have you found beneficial in helping you accomplish work tasks while still providing excellent customer service? In short, doing more with less."
Submit letter(s) of recommendation from a professional reference(s).
