Host Darren Bloomfield interviews Stefan Mathijssen of Munich Re America about how he was able to transfer his past skill set of being an engineer while crossing over to the insurance industry. As risk exposure becomes increasingly complex, stories like Stefan’s will, fortunately, become more common.
