Mike has over 30 years in the insurance industry & served as the President of the Cleveland office from its inception in 1989 until he was appointed to his current position as Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Bubba retired from his professional hockey career in 2004 and joined the Hylant team & in 2014 he stepped into his current position as president of the Toledo office. In 2022, Mike will transition to the role of the executive chairman of the board, as Bubba becomes the fourth generation of the Hylant family to take the helm as CEO.

As Hylant continued to grow, Mike was chosen to open the Cleveland office in 1989 as president, where he was responsible for establishing a presence in the Northeast Ohio market, day-to-day operations and growth. Mike led the Cleveland office until 2008 when he was appointed CEO of the corporation.
Andrew “Bubba” Berenzweig – President of Hylant
Andrew has acquired extensive experience over the years working with a wide range of middle market clients in various industries. He specializes in commercial property, casualty and risk management placements. Andrew was promoted to president of the Toledo office in 2014 but continues to oversee his client roster.
