Expanding the Risk & Insurance Industry's Emerging Talent Pipeline

Insurance Is Experiencing
a Severe Talent Shortage

The Risk and Insurance Industry is amid a severe talent shortage that has grown for many years. Punctuated by the COVID-19 pandemic, increases in retirement-aged employees, and amplified by a limited awareness of career opportunities for younger generations, companies and agencies across the industry are left scrambling to hire quality talent.

Given that the industry is complex and hard to navigate, the need for partners committed to growing & diversifying the talent pipeline is greater than ever.

Powerful Partnerships are Needed

The Emerging Talent Partners Program gives risk management and insurance organizations throughout the industry a unique opportunity to expand and diversify the talent pipeline. By supporting our high school, college and university, and apprenticeship programs administered by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, Emerging Talent Partners help grow and cultivate talent.

Emerging Talent Partners Fund the Industry's Future

With an annual financial commitment, Emerging Talent Partners ensure that critical funding needed to grow and enhance early talent initiatives like the CISR High School Program, and the University Associates Program are garnered. Funds raised through the Emerging Talent Partners program will go toward continual program development, addressing school and student-specific needs, and providing employer engagement and scholarships. Additionally, many of our apprenticeship and collegiate programs will receive vital support from the Emerging Talent Partners Program.
